Inaugurated in December 2024, the Transilien V line was created as part of the commissioning of the T12 tramway line. Utilizing the infrastructure of the Paris-Austerlitz network and the Paris outer ring line, it connects Massy-Palaiseau to Versailles-Chantiers in 20 minutes and has 7 stops:
- Massy-Palaiseau station,
- Igny station,
- Bièvres station,
- Vauboyen station,
- Jouy-en-Josas station,
- Petit-Jouy/Les Loges station, and
- Versailles-Chantiers station.
Previously served by the RER C line, these stops now form the Transilien V line. Currently operating as a shuttle, the line will be officially recognized as an independent line on December 15, 2024.
