On the platforms of line 12 of the Concorde metro station, the decoration doesn't go unnoticed: the vault and walls of the platforms are covered with 44,000 small white tiles with blue letters. To understand the meaning of this work by Françoise Schein, try to decipher the horizontally written sentences. These 1000m² of tiles are actually the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen of 1789, without spaces or punctuation. So you have some reading while waiting for the next metro.
