Line change for the station

Since its beginnings over 100 years ago, the Parisian metro network has undergone significant changes. The Plaisance station was inaugurated in 1937, on a former 'line 14' between Porte de Vanves and Bienvenüe. However, in 1976, after 39 years of existence, this section was absorbed by line 13. Much later, in 1998, the current line 14 was born. It serves a different area of the capital and has no connection to the old line 14.
