How do I create a Bonjour RATP customer account?
To create your Bonjour RATP customer account:
- Go to the application menu page accessible from the button at the top left of the application's homepage.
- Click on the "Create an account or log in" button and then on the next page on "Create my account".
- Enter your email address and choose a password of at least 8 characters. For added security, we recommend choosing a password with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
To finalize the creation of your Bonjour RATP account, an email is sent to your email inbox (please check your junk or spam folders). You will need to click on the "Activate my account" button contained in this email.
Once the account confirmation is complete, a "Return to the app" button will prompt you to return to the application. If the return to the application is not automatic, you will need to return to it yourself and click on "Continue".
Finally, a page will prompt you to log in with your chosen email address and password.
If you are creating your customer account in the context of renting a scooter or a bike, you will be asked to provide your title, last name, first name, phone number, and country prefix.
This phone number cannot be a number already used for another Bonjour RATP customer account.
