How do I buy tickets using the application?
Go to the "Tickets" tab, located at the bottom right of the Bonjour RATP application.
Choose:
- the option "My phone" or "On my iPhone" (check the compatibility of your Android* or iOS* phone) if you want to store your transport tickets on your phone and validate with it.
- the option on my watch "Apple Watch" (this option is currently not available on Android) if you want to store your transport tickets on your Apple Watch and validate with it.
- the option "On my Navigo pass" if you wish to purchase your tickets and then load them onto your Navigo pass.
Select your transport ticket, and if necessary, the date, zones, and quantity.
Confirm your choice by clicking on "Continue" and then proceed to pay for your ticket.
For loading a ticket onto an iOS phone or an Apple Watch
Please note: once the payment is completed, it is essential to load the ticket onto a digital card in the Apple Wallet app. Otherwise, your payment will be canceled, and you will not have the desired ticket. Therefore, please ensure to follow all the steps until the ticket is loaded.
Good to know with the option to load onto a physical Navigo pass: the vibration indicates that the pass is detected by the phone, but the reading/writing continues, so do not move the pass and wait for the visual confirmation from the application before removing your pass (the writing step is necessary to reload a ticket).
* To load tickets onto your NFC phone, you must be able to store the tickets securely. The service is available on most NFC phones starting from iOS version 17.5 or Android 8. Incompatible phones include: Google Pixel Slate, Nocturne, Pixel, Pixel 2, Pixel 2XL, Pixel 3, Pixel 3XL, Pixel 3a, Pixel 3a xl, Pixel 4, Pixel C, Pixel Slate, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P.
