Our teams have deployed a new, simpler, and more secure login solution for the Bonjour RATP account this week. Steps to reconnect or create an account:
- Go to your Bonjour RATP space (Click on the "Account" icon at the top left of the Bonjour RATP homepage).
- Click on the "Create an account or log in" button.
- If your password is not strong enough, generate a new password.
- You will receive an email from Bonjour RATP inviting you to validate your email address if you haven't done so already. Please note that you have only 2 hours to validate your email. After this period, you will need to repeat the process.

No worries, click on the "Forgot password" link to generate a new password. Once the new password is created, you will receive an email from Bonjour RATP inviting you to validate your email address. Please note that you have only 2 hours to validate your email. After this period, you will need to repeat the process.
A question or an issue with your customer account?
An error message appears on your customer account when you click on "Manage my account"? We simply invite you to log out by clicking the link at the bottom of the menu and then log back in. You will regain all your benefits.
