What do I need to present at an inspection?

During a check, you must present the support (phone or Navigo pass) on which the validated transport ticket for the journey is loaded.

You are required to place either the Navigo pass or the phone with the screen on the target of the device presented by the control agent.

Good to know: in case of a check of a ticket loaded on your phone, or to contest a fine with an agent if necessary, you can consult your validation history from the Bonjour RATP application in the "Tickets" tab and select the desired support. The service provided by IDFM allows you to view only the last three validations.

The information provided is as follows:

- the date and time of the ticket validation,

- the type of transport used (metro, train/RER, bus/tram),

- the type of event (entry, exit, transfer, and street transfer (CVP)).

In case of using a reduced fare, you must present a proof of reduction to the control agent. To learn more about reduced fares, please consult: How can I benefit from a reduced fare?

In case of using a Navigo Month or Navigo Week pass, the controller may ask to display the user's personal information (name, first name, photo, and date of birth) in the application. To do this, it is necessary to log into your IDFM customer account.

To log into your IDFM Connect account:

• Click on the button below titled "Contact IDFM from the Bonjour application";

• Click on "IDFM Connect Account";

• Log in to IDFM Connect if necessary;

• The photo must be present in the profile. Otherwise, the traveler must add it.
