How can I benefit from a reduced fare?
In the Bonjour RATP application, a reduced fare pricing is offered for various audiences. These rates are applied according to guidelines issued by Ile-de-France Mobilité (IDFM).
Regarding the passes, please note that in some cases, the discount rates (or free travel) depend on individual circumstances.
To benefit from a discount on the purchase of a Weekly or Monthly pass, your customer profile must be previously loaded onto your Navigo pass. For more information, please consult: How can I update my Navigo Pass with the Bonjour RATP app?
1. For children aged 4 to under 10 years
- 50% discount on Metro-Train-RER and Bus-Tram tickets,
- 50% discount on Paris Region <> Airports tickets,
- 50% discount on the Paris Visit Pass.
Note: Public transport journeys for children under 4 years old are free upon presentation of proof.
2. For holders of a "Large Family" card bearing the mention "valid in Île‑de‑France"
- 50% discount on Metro-Train-RER and Bus-Tram tickets (excluding airport services).
3. For beneficiaries of the Transport Solidarity Pricing
This pricing is aimed at recipients of the Active Solidarity Income (RSA) under certain conditions, unemployed individuals receiving the Specific Solidarity Allowance (ASS), beneficiaries of the Complementary Health Solidarity (CSS) without financial contribution, veterans and war victims and/or accompanying persons holding a card (ONAC, CMI), and beneficiaries of state medical aid (AME).
- 50% to 75% discount (or free travel, see conditions via Solidarity Transport) on Weekly and Monthly Passes and 50% discount on Metro-Train-RER tickets, Bus-Tram tickets, and Paris Region <> Airports tickets.
4. For youth groups
This pricing is aimed at:
- Groups of at least 10 youths under 16 years old and their supervisor or students from middle and high schools, including final year classes, who travel in groups of 10 and are accompanied by a teacher.
- Groups of at least 8 children and their supervisor traveling as part of school, extracurricular, or after-school outings organized by primary education institutions or by leisure centers hosted by these institutions.
- 50% discount on Metro-Train-RER tickets (not applicable on Bus-Tram tickets and on airport services).

5. For seniors
This pricing is aimed at individuals aged 62 or older who are not engaged in professional activity or are strictly working less than part-time.
- 50% discount on the monthly Navigo pass.
- Discount on the annual Navigo pass for all zones (please note, this pass is not available for purchase through the Bonjour RATP app).
Note: there is no reduced fare on the sale of individual tickets for seniors.
