How can I obtain a refund for my OrlyBus tickets?
The Orlybus service, which connects Paris (Place Denfert-Rochereau) to Paris-Orly Airport, is no longer operating.
Line 14 now provides access to Paris-Orly Airport from Châtelet station in just 25 minutes!
To obtain a refund from IDFM for your already purchased OrlyBus tickets:
Note: refunds are only possible for tickets purchased during the 12 months prior to the cessation of the OrlyBus service, specifically for purchases made from early March 2024 to the end of February 2025.
1) If the OrlyBus ticket is loaded on an Android or iOS phone or on an Apple Watch
You must send your refund request to IDFM's customer service, which is the only one able to process refunds for tickets on phones:
- If you are viewing this FAQ on your mobile, click the button below "Contact IDFM from the Bonjour RATP app", otherwise go to the "Tickets" section of the app, help button "?"
- Then click on "Customer Service",
- Log in to your IDFM Connect customer account (or please create one if you do not have it),
- Choose the option "I have another request".
You will receive an email confirming the refund.
To remove the ticket from your phone or watch, simply go to the Bonjour RATP app, in the "Tickets" section. It will indicate that the loading has failed and that it needs to be restarted. You will then be informed that the ticket is loaded. If it does not disappear immediately from the "Tickets" page, we invite you to completely close the app and reopen it.
Note: The replacement with a Paris Region <> Airports ticket is not possible.
2) If the OrlyBus ticket is loaded on a Navigo or Navigo Easy pass
- To obtain a refund for your OrlyBus tickets, please first go to a ticket office or a commercial agency (RATP or SNCF) to request the invalidation of your OrlyBus tickets. The agent will provide you with a proof of invalidation, as well as the address to send your proof. You will receive your refund by check at your address.
