Paris 2024: Accessible shuttles For wheelchair users and people with disabilities and their companions

On the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Île-de-France Mobilités provides wheelchair users, people with disabilities, and their companions with a dedicated transport service to facilitate transportation to the event venues from eight Parisian train stations. The flat rate for this service is 4 euros per person per journey (8 euros for a round trip).

How to book a journey to or from a competition venue?

Option #1: Book through the Paris 2024 Ticket Sales Platform

If you haven't purchased a Wheelchair User (PFR) or Person with Disability (PSH) ticket, please visit the Paris 2024 Ticket Sales Platform. Select the sports event you wish to attend and make sure to check the "Wheelchair User (PFR)" or "Person with Disability (PSH)" box during your reservation.

Option #2: Book directly through the dedicated reservation center

If you already have your PFR/PSH ticket for the Paris 2024 Games, book your journey directly through the reservation center and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the dedicated reservation platform for Wheelchair Users (PFR) and Persons with Disabilities (PSH) by clicking here.
  2. Select the sports event for which you have a PFR/PSH ticket and indicate the corresponding date.
  3. Choose the session and its start time from the available options.
  4. Provide your ticket number, which can be found in your order confirmation email received at the time of purchase or in your Paris 2024 ticketing account.
  5. Select one of the eight Parisian train stations as your departure point for the journey (see all the details below).
  6. Choose the type of wheelchair and indicate if you require an accompanying person. The service will offer you an optimized journey to your competition venue.
  7. Confirm your reservation by verifying the details and make a secure payment.
  8. A summary email of your reservation will be automatically sent to you.
  9. Prior to your event, you will receive an email containing specific information about the pick-up location at the train station. Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes in advance!

On the day of the journey: good to know

On the day of the journey, please proceed to the designated departure area as indicated in the email that will be sent to you in advance. The exact time slot will be specified and updated in your customer account on the reservation website.

Pay attention to the information provided via SMS on your phone, on the reservation website, and in your email inbox.

  • You will receive information in the pick-up email.
  • Identify yourself to the on-site agent at the designated pick-up point indicated in the email.

This service is open to all individuals with a PFR/PSH ticket for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Each user of the service can be accompanied by a person of their choice. If you have multiple minor companions, a solution can be provided upon request to customer service.
