What is a traffic alert?
Stay informed in real time about disruptions on your favorite lines!
With the Bonjour RATP app, you can receive personalized real-time alerts about traffic conditions on your metro, RER, tram, Transilien, and bus lines.
No more surprises: you are notified at the right time, on the days and at the times that matter to you, so you can better plan your daily journeys.
To take advantage of it, start by downloading the Bonjour RATP app and sign in to your customer account.
Why enable alerts?
Whether you use public transport regularly or have an important trip, here's why alerts are useful:
📍 You are alerted in real time as soon as a disruption occurs on a line you use
⏰ You anticipate delays and interruptions before you leave; just enough time to look for an alternative route in the app!
📅 You receive only the information that interests you: alerts are sent based on your usual travel days and time slots.
How does it work?
1. Open the app Traffic tab
You must be logged into your account in the Bonjour RATP app, then go to the Traffic section.
2. Select a line
Click on "Create an alert", then search for the line of your choice (metro, bus, RER, Transilien, tram).
3. Choose when to be notified
- All the time: all day, every day (blue button activated)
- Specific days: only on the days of the week when you want to be alerted
- Time slots: the time periods during which you usually travel
👉 Finally, click on "Save" to save your alert.
