Navigo Refund 2026: Are you eligible for compensation? New compensation campaign from March 11 to April 7, 2026
When the punctuality of certain train and RER lines is below 80% for at least three months during the past year, travelers may be eligible for a partial refund of their subscription. In 2026, for the 5th consecutive year, a new punctuality compensation campaign is launched by Île‑de‑France Mobilités.

Which lines are eligible for the 2026 refund?
For this campaign, several sections of the following lines are affected:
- Aulnay-sous-Bois ↔ Mitry-Claye
- Aulnay-sous-Bois ↔ Charles-de-Gaulle Airport 2-TGV
- Dourdan-la-Forêt ↔ La Norville
- Vigneux-Corbeil via Evry Courcouronnes
- Creil ↔ Goussainville
These sections experienced several months with punctuality below the set targets.

Who can benefit from compensation?
You may be eligible if:
- you live, work, or study in a municipality served by one of the affected sections
- you used a Navigo pass for at least 3 months during the period of insufficient punctuality
- you regularly traveled on the affected section.

The amount depends on the pass held, the duration of the disruption, and the fare zone. The final calculation is automatically performed during the application.

- Log in to your Île-de-France Mobilités Connect account
The platform opens March 11, until April 7, 2026.
Once your application is approved, the refund is generally made by bank transfer.
