How to find an accessible route for wheelchair users in Bonjour RATP?


To search for an accessible route for wheelchair users in Bonjour RATP:

  • Start a route search in Bonjour RATP,
  • At the top of the results screen, tap on the "",
  • Open the "Mode of transport" filter,
  • Select the "Reduced mobility" option.

Note: The app or website will then only suggest routes passing through stations and stops equipped with elevators or ramps.

Which lines are accessible for people with reduced mobility?


To date, the entire Paris bus network and tram lines are adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).


As for the metro, Line 14 is accessible independently. This is also true for the recent extensions of certain lines, such as lines 4, 11, and 14.

Is the Bonjour RATP app compatible with screen readers?


Yes. The app is designed to be used with your smartphone’s native screen readers such as:

  • VoiceOver on iPhone (iOS)
  • TalkBack on Android

Yes. Bonjour RATP automatically adapts to the display and text size settings on your phone.
