[Tips & Tutorials] Setting up real-time alerts for your favorite transport lines
The Traffic tab allows you to be informed in real-time about the traffic status of metro, train, tram, and bus lines, and to know about upcoming disruptions. You can check the traffic status before your departure and plan your route to avoid ongoing disruptions.
But that's not all! You can also use the "Set up my alerts" feature to receive real-time information about the traffic on your lines at the times you have defined. We'll tell you more about it in this article.
Set up my alerts
Select your line
To set up your alerts, go to the Traffic section of our application. At the top of your screen, find the "Set up my alerts" button and click on it.
=> At the bottom right of the screen, you will find the button to create a custom alert. Click on it.
Search for the line for which you want to be informed and notified in real-time, then select it by clicking on its name.
Set the moments when you want to be notified
You want to receive alerts all the time, every day:
f you want to constantly receive notifications about the traffic status, select "all the time" by pressing the button. Make sure it is blue if you actually want to be notified constantly every day, otherwise, check that it is white.
You want to receive alerts only on certain days of the week:
To configure specific days of the week, select the days on which you want to be notified by clicking on them. The selected days will be displayed in blue.
You want to receive alerts only at certain times of the day: To configure the time periods during which you want to be informed about the real-time traffic status, click on the time and scroll the wheel to the desired time. Click on validate.
Validate the alert creation Once the alert hours are configured, press the "Validate" button at the top right of the screen.
Congratulations, your alert is created!
