Locate and rent your electric scooters directly in the Bonjour RATP app
Mobility from a single application
With the Bonjour RATP app, there is no need to download multiple applications to rent a scooter in Île-de-France!
In the app, you will find all the Dott, Lime, and TIER scooters available for rent in Paris until August 31, 2023*, as well as all those available in the inner and outer suburbs.
We'll explain how to take advantage of it!
* Following the citizen consultation on April 2, 2023, no more shared scooters are available for rent in the city of Paris since September 1, 2023.
How to rent an electric scooter with the Bonjour RATP app?
To rent a scooter or bike with the Bonjour RATP app, it's easy!
- Locate a vehicle either from the app's map or from the result of a route search;
- Once next to the vehicle, press the "Scan to unlock" button and scan the vehicle's QR code;
- Accept the general terms and conditions of sale of Bonjour RATP and the scooter or bike partner;
- Confirm the payment... and off you go!
Tip: If it's your first trip with Bonjour RATP, you will need to:
- Be logged into your Bonjour RATP customer account or create one;
- Activate the camera to scan the QR code (if camera activation doesn't work, if you refuse to grant access, or if the camera doesn't read the QR code, you can manually enter the QR code);
- Activate geolocation for parking;
- Have a payment card, which you can register for future use if you wish.
