On May 8, 2026, an official ceremony will take place at Place Charles de Gaulle to commemorate the victory of May 8, 1945. At the request of the Police Prefecture, several stations will be closed and traffic will be suspended on one metro line.
Disruptions on May 8, 2026
Interruptions and closures will begin from the start of service. The reopening of stations and the resumption of traffic will take place upon authorization from the Police Prefecture.

Service will be interrupted on metro line between Kléber and Charles de Gaulle-Étoile stations.
