Prepare for your visit
Here are some tips to help you prepare for your visit.
1. Check real-time traffic conditions
The Bonjour RATP app is ideal for checking real-time traffic updates, or planning a route search just before you leave. The route planner takes disruptions into account and suggests the best routes accordingly! However, be sure to follow the recommendations in this article to get off at the right station, depending on your entrance gate.
2. Buy your tickets in advance
To save time and avoid queues at the station, our best advice is to buy your tickets in advance.
From the Bonjour RATP app, in the Tickets section, you can choose to buy and load your ticket onto a physical Navigo Easy pass, or directly onto your phone. If you choose your phone, you will also use it to validate your journey at the station. Let our explanations in the app guide you!
