Good news! Bus traffic information 
is getting better in the Bonjour RATP app. You can now follow real-time traffic on more bus lines in Paris and Île-de-France.
No more surprises: you know everything before you leave!
Wider coverage for all your bus lines
Previously, bus disruption information was only available on a few lines.
Today, you can check the status of many more lines, especially in the inner and outer suburbs.
Result: you can better plan your journey and know if everything is running smoothly.
How to check your line's traffic?
If an incident, slowdown, or interruption affects your line, you can know immediately in the app.
Before you leave, take a look at your line in the Bonjour RATP app:
- Open the Bonjour RATP app
- Go to the Traffic tab
- Enter your bus line number
And that's it! You can instantly see if your line is running normally. A good habit before taking the bus. 😉
If there are disruptions, which route should you take?
That's not all: if your line encounters a disruption, you can get alternative routes directly in the app. This way, you'll find the best solution to arrive on time:
- Go to the app, Home tab
- Click on "Where are we going?" and start a search
The app suggests the best routes, taking current disruptions into account.
