The France / Ireland match, organized on Thursday, February 5 at the Stade de France, will lead to heavy use of public transport as well as large crowds in the streets around the stadium. Certain routes are recommended depending on the entrance indicated on your ticket: more information and some tips in this article.
Accessing the Stade de France by public transport
The Stade de France is served by several RER and metro lines. To help manage crowd flow, certain routes are recommended depending on the access zone indicated on your ticket.
East Access to the stadium – gates A, B, C, D, E, G and H
towards Mitry-Claye, get off at La Plaine - Stade de France station, then allow 10 minutes on foot.
towards Mairie d'Aubervilliers, get off at Front Populaire station, then allow 25 minutes on foot.
North Access – gates J, K, L, N, R and S
towards Saint-Denis Université, get off at Saint-Denis - Porte de Paris station, then allow 5 minutes on foot.
South-West Access – gates T, U, X, Y and Z
towards Creil, get off at Stade de France - Saint-Denis station, then allow 15 to 20 minutes on foot.
towards Saint-Denis - Pleyel, get off at the terminus, then allow 15 to 20 minutes on foot.
Getting away from the Stade de France
East access to the stadium – gates A, B, C, D, E, G and H
- : allow 10 to 15 minutes on foot to reach La Plaine - Stade de France station.
- ⚠️ Line will be completely closed in both directions from 10:00 PM. You will not be able to use this line to return from Stade de France.
North Access – gates J, K, L, N, R and S
- : allow 5 to 25 minutes on foot depending on crowd levels to reach Saint-Denis - Porte de Paris station.
South-West Access – gates T, U, X, Y and Z
- ⚠️ The line will be completely closed in both directions after the event. You will not be able to use this line to leave the Stade de France.
- : allow 15 to 20 minutes on foot to reach Saint-Denis - Pleyel station.
