The new version of the Bonjour RATP app features 3 major new additions:
- New filters to provide journeys that are even more relevant and, above all, fully personalized;
- A simplified presentation of route results with even more accurate outcomes; and
- A voice search assistant powered by AI, available in beta and exclusively for iOS users.

New filters to get personalized journeys
Getting truly personalized journeys in mobility apps is often challenging, as we know. Don’t want to take a specific line or get off at a particular station? With the Bonjour RATP app, it’s now possible.
New filters available in route search results
Dates, times, transport modes, lines, stations — you now have full control over the journey options Bonjour RATP offers you. Simply select your preferences and click to get journeys that perfectly match your needs.
The bonus: you can save your preferred transport modes for your future route searches.

Like all residents of the Île-de-France region, when you search for a route, you want relevant results but also very specific information that meets your particular needs: walking time to reach the departure station and arrival point, transport modes and lines included in the journey, travel duration, disruptions, next departure times, fares, air conditioning...
The selection criteria are numerous and, if poorly handled or presented, can become completely unreadable or irrelevant.
The new route results presentation page
In this new version, the Bonjour RATP team has improved both the search algorithm and the layout of route search results to make your route choices easier:
- New filter presentation,
- Revised ordering of proposed routes both qualitatively and quantitatively,
- Enhanced display of information specific to each journey such as next departures and departure and arrival times,
- Improved accessibility with all filters accessible in one click.
An innovative voice assistant (only available in French)
In addition to the new features presented above, our team has also developed a brand-new voice assistant, available for early testing! Simply put, instead of typing your arrival address—or even your departure address if you haven’t enabled geolocation—you just have to speak. Convenient, isn’t it?
Just say “What is the best route to [destination] by metro?” and let the Bonjour RATP voice assistant guide you.
This feature is currently only available in French on iOS in beta version. It will soon be rolled out on Android and in other languages.
