How do I end my ride with a scooter or bike?

You have reached your destination and want to end your ride?

Open the app and look at the map to determine where to leave your vehicle. It is requested that you park the vehicle in a dedicated parking space in one of the marked zones, indicated by a round icon with a blue P on your application screen (see screenshot below). If you park outside of these zones, the end of your vehicle rental will not be recognized and you will be charged fees.

Once you have parked the vehicle, end your rental by clicking on the "Complete the ride" button on the Bonjour RATP application screen. In some cities, you may be asked to take a photo showing that the vehicle is properly parked. A summary screen of the charges will then be displayed. You will receive an email with the invoice in the following minutes.

There are three reasons why you may not be able to end your ride:

• You are in a prohibited or unrecognized parking zone. You may incur fines if you leave your vehicle in these zones;
• The parking zone is full and you need to find another parking zone;
• You do not have a good mobile network connection, in which case, close and reopen the application.
