How can I rent a Dott, Lime or Tier vehicle?

To rent a scooter or a bike with the Bonjour RATP application, it's very simple!

• Locate a vehicle either from the application map or from the result of a route search;
• Once next to the vehicle, press the "Scan to unlock" button and scan the vehicle's QR code;
• Accept the general terms and conditions of sale of Bonjour RATP and the scooter or bike partner;
• Confirm the payment... and off you go!

If this is your first trip with Bonjour RATP, you will need:

• To be connected to your Bonjour RATP customer account or create one;
• To activate the camera to scan the QR code (if camera activation doesn't work, if you refuse to grant access, or if the camera doesn't decode the QR code, you can manually enter the QR code);
• To have a payment card, which you can choose to save for future use.

If the application displays an error, it is likely due to:

• A vehicle problem: please try again with another vehicle nearby.
• A missing payment method: enter your credit card information.
• A pre-authorization failure: it's possible that the balance of the account associated with the card used is insufficient, so please change the payment card.
