How can I obtain a purchase receipt from the Apple Wallet?
No purchase made through the Apple Wallet application provides a purchase receipt. However, you can obtain proof of a purchase transaction by checking the purchase history of the Apple Pay payment card used to buy the transport ticket. Transport ticket purchases will appear with the label "Services Navigo" in the list of transactions.
Good to know: To consistently obtain a purchase receipt, make your ticket purchases through the Bonjour RATP application. It will be automatically sent to you by email (provided that you are connected to your IDFM connect account).
