Guide to terminals From Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport

The three terminals at CDG are numbered from 1 to 3. They occupy a large part of the 32 km² that make up the airport's surface area.

Terminal 1 is the oldest. Like all terminals at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, it has essential services for air traffic (check-in counters, border control area, boarding gates, baggage areas, etc.), passenger services (information, car rental, taxis, etc.), shops, restaurants, and waiting areas for passengers.

Terminal 2 is the largest. It is divided into seven terminals: 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2D, 2F, and 2G. Terminal 2 is an access point to Roissy airport from all over France, thanks to its RER B station and its TGV, Thalys, and Eurostar station.

Finally, Terminal 3 is home to Roissypole, the bus station coupled with an RER B station. In the Roissypole area, you will also find shops and about ten easily accessible hotels from all airport terminals.

Between the different terminals at CDG, the parking lots, hotels, and lanes reserved for shuttles and cars occupy the rest of the airport.

Each airline serving Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport has one or more assigned terminals. This is where you will find the check-in counters dedicated to your flight. To find out which CDG terminal to go to, simply consult your flight reservation documents or your boarding pass: the departure and arrival terminals are indicated next to the name of your airport on your travel documents.

Please note that if you are traveling in transit at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, remember to check both your boarding passes to see if you will need to change terminals during your layover.

There are many transportation options to access Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport (TGV, RER, bus, car, taxi...) with train stations, stops, and parking lots located throughout the airport.

So, once you arrive at the airport, how do you quickly reach your terminal?

Several free shuttles are available in the public area:

• The CDGVal shuttle connects all CDG terminals to each other, as well as parking lots PX and PR. You can therefore access Roissypole and all the hotels in the area thanks to this free shuttle.
• The N1 shuttle connects the halls and parking lots of Terminal 2 to each other, and reaches parking lot PW. You can therefore access the railway station and the RER Charles de Gaulle 2 station.
• The N2 shuttle connects terminals 2F and 2G to each other.

Between terminals 2A, 2C, and 2E, the walk is easy and takes about 10 minutes.

All shuttles, corridors, and elevators at the airport are designed to accommodate and facilitate the journey of people with reduced mobility.
