Terminal 1 of Paris Orly airport Practical information
Welcome to Terminal 1 (Orly 1) of Paris-Orly airport, formerly known as « Terminal Ouest ». Orly 1 is mainly spread over two floors: the ground floor for arrivals, and level 1 for departures. This is where you will find the OrlyVal stop dedicated to terminals 1, 2 and 3.
Location of Terminal Orly 1
Located at the northwest end of the airport, Orly 1 is often associated with terminals Orly 2 and Orly 3, forming a large block together. You can reach Terminal 2 in a 5-minute walk, and Terminal 3 in about 10 minutes.
Finally, to reach Terminal Orly 4, you can take the OrlyVal shuttle which will take you there in just 2 minutes!
Facilities and services
Many shops and dining options are located on the 1st floor of Terminal Orly 1. You will also find several useful services, such as ticketing and access to OrlyVal (Orly 1, 2, 3 Station), ticket machines, and traveler information points.
On the ground floor, baggage claim areas and a few shops welcome you upon arrival. Orly 1 also houses a medical center and a lost and found service.
Travel formalities at Orly 1
Upon arrival at the airport, you can head to the check-in counters. In Terminal 1, these are located in zones 11 to 18. To find the zone number dedicated to your flight, check the information screens in the hall.
Once your luggage is checked in, you can go through the security checks located at gates A and B of Orly 1, before heading to the gate indicated on your boarding pass.
How to access Terminal 1 of Paris-Orly?
Access to Orly 1 is very easy. You will find an OrlyVal stop at level 2d on the departures floor (1st floor).
Thanks to the OrlyVal shuttle, you can reach Terminal Orly 1 from Terminal 4, or from Antony station (RER B). If you are going to Orly by bus, you can also get off at the Terminal 4 bus station and take OrlyVal to reach Orly 1 in 2 minutes.
Finally, you can choose to go to Orly by taxi, VTC or private car. For this, taxi zones are available at gate 14a, as well as drop-off areas and parking lots in front of the terminal.
Parking options near Orly 1
The closest parking to Terminal Orly 1 is Parking P2, just a 3-minute walk away. It is a covered parking lot, with prices starting at €3.5 for 10 minutes of parking.
Parking P5 is also one of the closest to Terminal 1. It is an 8-minute walk away and offers outdoor parking spaces, only accessible by reservation.
