- Open your Bonjour RATP app.
- Click on the Tickets section at the bottom right of the app screen.
- Choose the loading option based on your phone's compatibility: On Navigo Pass or On phone.
- Select your transport ticket and, if necessary, choose the date, zones, and quantity.
- Proceed to payment directly in the Bonjour RATP app. You will need a credit card, Apple Pay on iPhone, or Samsung Pay on Android.
- A payment receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
