Navigo on your iPhone: how does it work?
- Open the Bonjour RATP app
- Choose a ticket
- Pay directly with Apple Pay
- Add your Navigo to the Apple Wallet app (only on the first use of the service)
- Tap to ride with your iPhone
Good to know: To benefit from this new service, you must have the latest version of the Bonjour RATP app and an iPhone Xs (or later model) updated to iOS 17.5. Remember to update them.

- And that's it. Pay your ride with a simple move
Good to know: Continue to travel even if your iPhone needs a charge.Even if your iPhone is out of battery, your Navigo pass is still accessible. If your iphone needs a charge, your Navigo pass will still work. Power Reserve provides up to five hours of support, so you can still pay for your ride.

Which devices are compatible?
You can use your Navigo on an iPhone Xs (or later model) updated to iOS 17.5, and on an Apple Watch Series 6 (or later model) with watchOS 10.5. Remember to update your Bonjour RATP app from the App Store and the OS of your iPhone, directly in the system settings of your iPhone. If your iPhone is not compatible, don't worry, you can still take advantage of remote purchasing and recharge your Navigo pass with the Bonjour RATP app. Check out our article to learn more.
Can you transfer your physical Navigo card to your iPhone?
No, this feature is not yet available.
If you remove your Navigo from Apple Wallet app, will you lose your tickets and passes?
No. If you remove your Navigo from a device, your tickets and passes will be saved with your Apple ID. You can add your valid tickets and passes back to the Apple Wallet app at any time.
